Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Cone Agency collects through coneagency.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Cone Agency is a marketing agency based in Comfort, Texas, owned and run by Preston Cone and Laura Rebekah.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you fill out the contact form, we receive your name, business name, phone number, email address and your message. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you share in that email or call.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, set up a time to talk, and do the work you ask us to do. We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who helps us run the site

• The website is hosted by Netlify. Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and sent to our email at info@conecreatives.com.
• Our email runs through Google Workspace.
• If you book a call through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by TidyCal under their own privacy policy.

Links to other sites, like Facebook, Instagram, TidyCal or prestoncone.com, are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and contact details for as long as we need them to work with you or answer your questions, and then delete them when they're no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email info@conecreatives.com or call 210-693-2626.

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
